We have been tenants at the 1900 Embarcadero building for almost 10 years. The property is clean and very well maintained. The management team has always been very responsive to our needs and the staff has always been a true pleasure to work with.

We are very happy tenants at this Leebco property. The management is great to work with, very gracious and accommodating. The building is well maintained, in a great location with lots of parking for clients and visitors.
We leased space for the past 5 years but recently left to take up residence in Hayward. This was because of the lower costs in the East Bay. As far as our experience with Leebco is concerned, they are very reasonable people and easy to work with. Since you deal directly with them and not through a property management company, you can get things resolved quickly. Embarcadero way is a nice location. If it was not for Palo Alto rents, we might still be there!
