One of the worst customer service experiences I ever had. I needed to replace a small part for a pull out tray in my work truck. I couldn't get phone calls returned to get an eta on the part. When the part finally came in, the PM would not schedule a time saying he would need the truck for half a day. Finally he said I needed to leave my truck for several days and he would get to it when he could. Today I picked up the part and went to Ford Classic Body Shop. They took me immediately and I was in and out in 15 minutes.
