Dr. Lee performed my grandmother’s first-ever surgery, and we couldn’t be more thankful. The operation was a complete success, and her recovery has been incredible. When I asked questions from the patient's perspective, they spoke rudely as if they were very bothered. They povided me the wrong information for the lab appointment and I wasted my time. A staff without professional knowledge is consulting and managing the patient. How many seniors are suffering from rude staff and having a hard time going to the hospital? Worst practice ever avoid at all cost going there. I ended in the emergency almost dying because of the procedure they made, I got an infection plus they prescribed me something I am allergic to. After I was really sick in the hospital they asked me to follow up with doctor Samuel. After contacting the practice they asked me to drop an urine sample, which I never received the results plus they charged my insurance and they charge me a copayment just for dropping the sample. Really great first visit to this doctor. The receptionist ladies are very sweet and friendly. The FNP-C in the practice is extremely kind, informing and welcoming. She answered all my questions and had my best interest in mind. The doctor was also very professional and explained how to go about my diagnosis and treatment. Would recommend this urology practice.
