I’m so appreciative for Dr Lee. My grandma was 97 years old with a very uncomfortable tumor in her bladder that was very significantly impacting her quality of life. Dr Lee was hesitant to do the surgery given the risks associated her age, but my grandma insisted and told him she would rather take that risk than go on living like this. When I asked questions from the patient's perspective, they spoke rudely as if they were very bothered. They povided me the wrong information for the lab appointment and I wasted my time. A staff without professional knowledge is consulting and managing the patient. How many seniors are suffering from rude staff and having a hard time going to the hospital? Worst practice ever avoid at all cost going there. I ended in the emergency almost dying because of the procedure they made, I got an infection plus they prescribed me something I am allergic to. After I was really sick in the hospital they asked me to follow up with doctor Samuel. After contacting the practice they asked me to drop an urine sample, which I never received the results plus they charged my insurance and they charge me a copayment just for dropping the sample.
