Went in for my pre op appointment 3 weeks before my scheduled surgery only for him to tell me he does not take my innsurance, he would not be doing my surgery and continued to contradict all the information his staff had been communicating to me including the hospital location where the surgery was scheduled. When I became frustrated his response ' my staff was wrong if that is the information they gave you.' Dr. Radford was very helpful in explaining ahead of time what would be done. He came to see me before and after the surgery (People have told me their surgeon didn't do that!). It was very reassuring to see him before and after. The surgery went well and the follow-up visit was very helpful. I recommend Dr. Radford to everyone!!!! He is EXCELLENT!!! I'm hoping to have my other hip done in September.

Dr. Radford is amazing! My husband had a hip replacement done by Dr Radford. The Dr spent time before surgery was scheduled to address all available options. He patiently answered all our questions, described the process in detail and made us feel very comfortable about the surgery. On the day of the surgery, he came in and talked with us beforehand and then several times during the recovery process before we were discharged to go home. Dr. Radford did robotic knee replacement on both of my knees. I did very well, he's very thorough, explains things in detail, ,and has the best bedside manners. I healed quickly and the therapy he had me go through was excellent and my knees are strong, straight and I'm as pleased as I can be. I suffered for many years and I look forward to more years without pain and discomfort.

Dr Radford is a godsend! I am totally against going under the knife unless absolutely necessary. I had a freak accident and broke my wrist, both bones, which were impacted. He explained my options in terms I could understand and was not pushy at all. He gave me time to think about it and I chose to do it and am so thankful I did. I took two pain pills the day after surgery and none since and am recovering well. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend him 100%

On July 18, six weeks ago, I had robotic assist hip replacement performed by Dr. Lee Radford. He was highly recommended to me and I am so happy that I am now back to doing all the things I used to do. He went under the muscle instead of cutting through it and the pain was very minimal. At two and one half weeks I was driving my car and at 5 weeks I was walking a mile and climbing 15 steps up and down. I went to Dr. Radford for a problem with my thumb because he did such a great job with my elderly mother's broken ankle.He took time to explain what was wrong with me in terms I could understand without being condescending. He explained treatment options thoroughly. I can tell he truly cares about his patients and their treatments.
