It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They had plenty of magazines for me to look through in the short time before my appointment began and they were right on time. They called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, and sent a reminder card about 10 days beforehand. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They are a good dentist office. I have been to other offices that seem like a money making shop, dirty offices and offices that I am not sure are being completely honest about what me or my family need in the way of dental care. I have not felt that way about this dentist. The only issue I have with them are they are hard to get a hold of to schedule a visit and they sometimes cancel the appointment. Other than that, they are great.
