Number 1. It’s the lack of greeting at the door. Number 2. It’s the price changes and the subpar work. Number 3. It’s having to wait ;0 minutes and get an eyebrow wax that would take all of 5 minutes. I don’t have time for the unprofessionalism and the lack of customer service. I sure won’t be back. I have it 2 stars because my toes came out cute but the bare minimum pedicure wasn’t it.
If you use a wheelchair PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!! I brought my cousin(who has CEREBRAL PALSY)for a gel polish manicure and they treated her so mean. She had to use the restroom and there wasn't much space for her wheelchair to get past the closet in the hallways. The owner yelled at her telling her she can't get past there. By God's grace we made a way! She had to get out of her wheelchair with assistance to get to the restroom. The old man who work there cut the side of my toe nail and drew blood, I developed a toe infection and had to be off work for weeks. I reported the place to the Health department.
Horrible service, my toes and feet had been rushed through and polish looked like a kid did them, then the owner had to redo them and said I should have told her I had some money and then she tried to tax me
45212 nails at Norwood Cincinnati Shara does a wonderful job and also the rest of the employees, I been coming to Lee nails for 6 years or better. Love them so much very professional about their work.💯💯💯❤️❤️❤️❤️
