Horrible customer service! While visiting, we decided to go to shopping. I bought some cute sandals so decided to get my toes done at this place. I shouldn't have ever sat down because the greeting by the man at the front booth lacked any enthusiasm. My husband asked about the air and it was downhill from there. The man responded with an attitude. My husband left and sat in the mall. Meanwhile I sat in the pedicure chair soaking my feet. I quickly realized that they were purposely skipping me. I'm the husband of the previous reviewer (my wife) and don't typically review. I was so uptight by the lack of professionally and the way he handled my wife during our visit to his business I had to write. If I could rate this review a .5 or less I would. I asked the question, "Was the air working or turned on to a small frail man at the first manicure station after standing at the entrance while my wife chose a nail color?
