Top notch dealership with awesome communication. I inquired about a vehicle on line, was immediately contacted by Crystal Murphy. She went to work! All negotiating & trade in was completed via text, agreed to price, went and picked up the truck the next day. Fair value for my trade in, Finance Manager Jeff Emerson had all the paperwork ready to go, in and out in less than an hour. Top notch organization, and I appreciate the fact they valued my time. I bought two vehicles there. I live in Morehead City which is over 2 hours away but I would drive 10 hours to get the deal that I've gotten there. I even drive up there to get my oil change. They're like family. Very trustworthy and honest.
I would not take a pair of rollerskates there to be serviced I took my truck in there to get a fuel filter and oil change and got it back with the transmission light on and not shifting properly and they said they did not have the tools to do a Diagnostics on it to find out what was wrong they basically told me it was not their problem as of this moment I'm getting ready to talk to a lawyer and I'm going to sue them
