We bought a Ford Focus 2014 and something was wrong with the transmission. We took it back 3 times and every time they said it was FINE. Now when we had the recall fixed they say the clutch in the transmission is bad, it will cost us $4,0000. What a joke!! Don't buy from them unless you don't care about it being covered under warranty.

after your signing contract all promises of doing anything to your purchase you can forget it they do not follow up on doing any kind of promised repairs

Went in for an oil change and was blessed by Jeremy who found a coupon for me to use...GREAT JOB TO JEREMY he is the only one that works on my car...also love my free car wash and vacuuming every time I got get service done
I went yesterday for an oil change, and I was very pleased with the service. Skylar was very friendly in the Service Department. I loved that they even vacuumed out my car and gave a courtesy car wash! I definitely recommend!!👍🏻
Anthony went above and beyond when I bought my car last year. I took it in today for an oil change and tire rotation, and there was no charge. It was most appreciated!!!

We were traveling back to MD when the tire on our Lincoln blew. We called several places to try to find the odd sized tire that we needed. No luck. We contacted Allen from Lee's service and parts department (very close to closing time) and he tried his best to help us out. Long story short, we went in and Allen was able to get a tire on our vehicle and send us on our way, free of charge. His effort and integrity will be remembered for a long time!
