Can't contact the scheduling person to make an appointment. They never answer the phone and they don't return you message.
Dr. Lee is amazing. His quality of care and ability to put patient at ease are both excellent. I have been his patient for over 15 years and highly recommend him to anyone who asks. Just bring a book and be prepared to wait longer than usual.
Would really recommend seeing Dr.Lee. Dr. Lee and his team are very professional.
Dr. Lee does an excellent job of evaluating your condition, asking you questions to understand your situation, talking with you about options, and providing a lot of information for you to understand and make your health care decision. He has repaired the labrum on both of my shoulders and meniscus tears on both of my knees. He does an excellent job in the operating room (he was recommended by my sister who worked with him in the OR). Only negative is long wait times, but he's worth it.
The front office staff is abysmal at best. I have had so many bad experiences with them I have lost track. The surgery I had performed lasted less than 9 months and my condition is reaccuring. When I tried to get back into the office after my ER visit to stabilize my issue, I was told that this was going to be a new condition and my appt. Was made nearly 3 weeks out.
I have the privilege of being a very long term patient of Dr Michael T Lee. I have had two ACL cadaver tissue replacement surgeries. I have been able to not only benefit from full functionality and range of motion; as an endurance athlete have completed three Ironman events. Three IM's= thousands of miles cycling, climbing, running, and swimming. His proper care, care to follow through, and careful advisement helped me to accomplish all. You can count on Dr Lee! Love Dr. Lee, he did my shoulder surgery and i am 100%. However, i just injured my knee and because i haven't been in his office for three years he won't accept me as a patient now because i have medicare. I have been treated by this doctor for many many years and i feel that this is discrimination at its finest.
Dr. Lee is very considerate, makes you feel comfortable in visits with him. Very comfortable in his decisions and explanations.
Great ability to share his knowledge in a concise and understandable manner. Excellent use of visuals before and after surgery.
