effecient I purchased a Corvette from Lee Johnson. It was an outstanding vehicle and the sales process was very easy and we were done in a very short time. They didn't argue about small details.
Worse sales department They are the WORSE Kia dealer in the Northwest. They play games and are very dishonest about their inventory or price. Do not every go there if you need a Kia.
Lee Johnson Kia is the Best!!!! Had I wonderful experience working with Brian Elich at Lee Johnson of Kirkland. Took him 15 minutes to put me into the car, that best suited all my needs. Was very impressed with his enthusiasm and knowledge of everything cars, important characteristics to have if you are going to be selling them. Don't go here for service Buying experience was great (5 stars), but we have had nothing but trouble and delays with repair work. The free service loaner they advertise is almost impossible to get. They don't follow up. They loose messages. Poor communication and organization leads to some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced. To me it's all about the after the sale experience and that is zero stars.
Great place to buy a car Due to an auto accident that was not my fault we were suddenly in the market for a new car. My wife and I decided that we were going to look at either a Ford Focus or a Chevy Aveo. At Lee Johnson when we looked at the Aveo we decided that we didn't like it so we looked at the Cruze instead.
