Great first time buying experience We bought our 2011 Kia Soul here and the customer service couldn't have been better. Great Sales team Lee Johnson has a great sales team. Went there to look at a truck I saw on line. Salesman was very low key and answered all my questions. Had to come back later to test drive. They even stayed late to get all my paperwork in order
Nothing But Trouble I bought a two year old vehicle from this dealership and it was in the shop seven times the first year of ownership. The shop techs were dismissive, one even had me bring in my vehicle half an hour before they opened for service, just to make me wait when I expressed my displeasure at the lack of a promised loaner car.
