This is the worse company to ever use to purchase a house. Their inability to follow up and get paperwork turned in is absolutely HORRID! They never answer their calls and ignored our agent! They didn't give us our mail keys at closing or all the proper documents that should have been given. There is no communication on this team at all! Lee doesn't ever respond and his poor receptionist is clueless or running around doing the stuff he is incapable of doing since he can't even follow up to his calls in regards to a house tha... read more

Your agent was informed that the tenants whom previously occupied the property did not provide the mailbox key when they vacated the property, and that a new key could be obtained from the association or post office.
