Been sitting here for 3 hours to replace a gas cap and get a sticker-and I had an appointment. Not happy! Poor service and overpriced.
The entire experience was a joke from the start. Got the car we wanted later then promised, the entire process was very disorganized. The car is a lease & we will never go back once this lease is up.
I couldn't listen to the radio because your garbage radio ad was on 3 different stations at the same time.
I bought my subaru from them in March. The buying experience felt pretty rushed, and now every time I go to their service center they try to tell me I need to buy things that I really don't need. I picked up my car yesterday after getting head gasket work done and it sounds like absolute shit. How didn't they notice when they drove it to the pick up spot that it didn't sound right, so how the hell did they manage to 'fix' and break my car in a week? Very over priced, service not what it could/should be for the price paid.
Had a really great experience with my friend test driving a Wrangler. Norm was helpful and seemed to help us enjoy the whole process. Very nice dealership.

Maybe slightly harsh with the one star because it wasn't all bad. The purchase of my truck was great I had john all went good. Service sucked. Two weeks later I left my truck for squeaky brakes. Was told when I picked it up that they didn't stock brake pad so I needed to make another appointment. OK no problem I guess so a week later drop it off was told all set. Still squeaked.
