Today was the second time in five years that we had the privilege of working with Mike Marsh. I went in today with the expectation that we would be leaving in what we drove in with, but I was wrong! Changing this from the 1-star I gave the Service Center a few years back when I said I'd never return after ordering wrong parts, misdiagnosing the issue, not test driving it after repairs, and it breaking down a couple miles from the shop. Errors which cost me a week and a half of unnecessarily paying for a rental car. Along with an arrogant service manager and the fact that I'd barely had the vehicle for a year. I had to turn in my lease this week. It was a process I was dreading. I really liked my car. We worked with Zack Hobbs and I must say he is a really good salesman.
