Anyone who wears acrylics know they destroy your nails, so I wanted mine off and my nails cleaned up so I can start to strengthen my natural nails. Went here today, girl was clueless taking off acrylics and worked for 45 minutes before someone else took over and that person ended up ripping a piece of my nail off! I don't mean the edge got caught or anything, I mean in the middle of my nail ripped a square of nail out and I started bleeding! No apology, no compensation, nothing! Will never ever go back here!
I told the man 5x that his drill was taking my skin off...my poor toes look like a toddler painted them...NEVER AGAIN
I've been coming here for 8 years. They always do a great job. My nails last forever. Susan, the owner, takes care of me and is wonderful.
Glad they started with my feet so I had a chance to leave before they started my hands. $25 for the worst pedicure ever! I left with crooked nails from his half assed filing and paint all around my toes. Nice guy but poorly trained.
My girlfriend and I went in for permanent makeup and a pedicure. We found the staff very friendly and professional. Susan did my permanent makeup and I had no pain. Would recommend Lee Day Spa for all services.
The worst experience ever for a girls evening. I paid $51 for just me for a pedicure which was French and gel. I wouldn’t have mind paying that if my nails looked decent. They are missing spots of polish and chipped already and it hasn’t even been 24 hours. The pedicure was a waste in money itself. You don’t get a massage or even the rocks. You literally put your feet in the water and cut the nails and scrubs the bottom of feet for like a minute and that’s it.
