I love it here!!! All the ladies are very nice and professional. Been coming here for 3 years and we love all the wonderful people who are here and they make our day every time! It's a mall business and they work hard for their money and their prices are good for the amount of time they spend on each pedicure or nail session. It's not easy or comfortable on your back or neck so be nice and tip them well!!
I told the man 5x that his drill was taking my skin off...my poor toes look like a toddler painted them...NEVER AGAIN
Been coming here off & on for a few years. I always get excellent customer service along with great Mani & Pedis but tried something different this time by bringing the Mister with me. He loved it.We'll be back in 2 weeks.
Glad they started with my feet so I had a chance to leave before they started my hands. $25 for the worst pedicure ever! I left with crooked nails from his half assed filing and paint all around my toes. Nice guy but poorly trained.
Needs a lesson in customer service and one female worker especially needs training on how to approach and talk to children. Instead of being able to enjoy some quality and relaxing time with my girls, well, the experience was horrible. I will never spend my money at this salon ever! I will not recommend this place to even my worst enemy. My heart goes out the employers.
Waste of time and money! Do not go to this place! Went there today and had the worst experience ever! I got full set gel nails and the finish product looked like I did them a week ago. I told the elderly man who did my nails that I wAs unhappy with the job and I was only offered $5 off! Had to go to another nail shop to get my nails done. Susan needs to correct these problems cause it seems to me that she doesn’t care!
The worst experience ever for a girls evening. I paid $51 for just me for a pedicure which was French and gel. I wouldn’t have mind paying that if my nails looked decent. They are missing spots of polish and chipped already and it hasn’t even been 24 hours. The pedicure was a waste in money itself. You don’t get a massage or even the rocks. You literally put your feet in the water and cut the nails and scrubs the bottom of feet for like a minute and that’s it.
