This is my kids doctors office and while I love Dr. Chris, some of the front office staff is rude. Sorry, some people don't know what a physical form looks like, no reason to be a smart ass. Not professional.
Love Dr. Chris but the office staff is another issue. Waited on hold for 10 minutes to be told they had appointments available but the person talking to me couldn't make the appointment for a sick visit but someone else could and they would transfer me. Eleven. Invites later on hold they said they would have to call me back to make the appointment but we would have one this aft ronin for my SICK child. 6 hours later and 30 minutes total on hold and still nothing. Shameful!

The wait is crazy, both front and back. What child is going to stay seated and quite for an hour or more.
Not happy with this practice at all worse service when it takes two weeks to get a call back from the pediatrician. My daughter is a new mom and and you would think this practice would be more proactive with nervous new moms, I'm over this group we will be moving my grand baby to Richmond pediatrics
