Waiting room was cramped and mediocre; nothing special or inviting. I waited 40 minutes even though I had an appointment. The young dental assistant seemed clumsy and incompetent as she tripped over wires and tubes multiple times while I was in the chair waiting for treatment. Dr. Lee was apparently lethargic, sighing every few minutes and had minimal communication. Probably speaks English as a second language.
