I have 3 little men that HATE the dentist (mostly due to western dental) but when we started seeing Dr. Lee it totally changed. Everyone that works there (that I've met) is super sweet and helpful and Dr. Lee is to the point, polite, kind, QUICK (my favorite thing about him) and we have never had an issue with any of his work at all! I am confused about the few bad reviews as well....but I guess everyone's entitled to their own wrong opinion lol! ??

I came in for a tooth extraction for one tooth, he pulled two teeth that were not problematic for me, but never pulled the tooth that was problematic for me. I came back to get that tooth done. Now I have a part of the tooth sticking through my gum line, and some other thing that is movable hanging out of my gum near the piece of tooth that is hanging out. I do not want to go back, but he is the only one who will see me in my area within the month. I am scared to go see him.

Absolutely amazing. Polite, informative, and efficient. They were wonderfully kind and patient although I was quite nervous. Dental assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly, and explained everything. Dentist was well spoken, polite, and fast. I had a large filling done in less than three songs on the radio. 10/10 great experience, and great service all around. So nice to be treated with care, and not rushed through.

Root canals needed twice after getting work done here and I no longer trust that his work is of acceptable quality. Maybe it was a coincidence, but I've had work done by several different dentists and have never had as many complications as I have had with Dr. Lee. Unfortunate.

I'm a bit confused by the negative reviews Dr. Lee has received, because they are nothing like my experience. Very friendly office staff; my wait time was less than 10 minutes, even with having to complete paperwork. A patient came in needing emergency care and he was seen immediately. I had a lot of questions for Dr. Lee, he answered them all in a friendly manner. At the end of my appointment I realized I had forgotten to ask about a chipped tooth, Dr. Lee came back in and fixed it right up!

To be honest I was afraid to death to go into Dr. Lee because of the reviews I had read on here, which is why I am posting a review something I never do. This is the only place that takes my ins. I called to make an appointment as a new patient and had no problem getting one.The office was extremely clean including the bathroom. All of the staff and Dr. Lee were very nice, he did talk to me and He did smile and make sure I was ok several times. I'm glad I went even though the reviews scared me.

He's rough, rushes through cleanings and filings. During A filling his drill got caught up in my soft tissue. It was terribly painful. It bled like nobodies business and he didn't stop to apologize nor tell me what happened until after my filling was complete. He said it would heal in 4 days. Two months later, I have scarring at the bottom of my mouth, it still hurts. I'd avoide him at all costs.

The worst dentist I have ever been to. Very rough and rude. No compassion at all. Not a people person so don't expect him to say anything other then open. I will never go back here. Waited an hour in the waiting room for a horrible appt. It is literally like a nail salon. They schedule around 4 to 5 patients at the same time and it's pretty much who ever gets there first goes back regardless of appt time.
