The Lee County housing authority needs to answer the phone call and emails from people who need help with section 8. No one ever answers the phone
Although they move a little show, they do their job as long as you keep on them. Ported here from Polk county and it literally took them 2 weeks to see me, two weeks to schedule an inspection, but overall very helpful.
Very rude to disable people especially with people who are deaf. They refused to talk in person and refuse to acknowledge that I'm deaf. I barely could even hear them on there tiny speaker. I'm homeless and disabled and this is how you treat others. Very low Very low Lee County.
I am still waiting on someone to return my voicemails! ( months ago!)I can’t get a hold of anyone! Please call me back!
