Through my Home Warranty, Lee Collins was assigned and has been working on my air conditioner for nearly 30 days and still has not got it working. The service techs come out (about 50% of the time when scheduled) and tried doing the same thing ... add Freon and then leaving. The problem is a thermal expansion value and now the last two times we were told that they have to order one. The temps in Phoenix is over 100 and we are without and Fidelity Home Warranty is just as bad. No support and we have to use who they appoint. W... read more

This company was contracted through my home warranty company Fidelity whom I'm also going to wright a complaint about. Lee Collins was scheduled to fix my HVAC unit. After not hearing from them at the time I was promised I contacted them and they gave me several excuses such as, all of there service tucks were on the other side of town and they didn't have a ladder for a two story building. I have been lucky enough to work with Ken and the team at Lee Collins for over 20 years. They are amazing and go out of their way to provide prompt and efficient service. They have come to my rescue in 6 different homes and I wouldn't use anyone else. So honest and always try to repair before replacing!! They are the best!!!
I would rate them zero start if it was an option. Incompetent and dishonest. The home warranty company sent them to my house to troubleshoot a room that wasn't get cool. They came out the first time which cost me $65, they changed a condenser in the main AC unit (how is that supposed to fix a problem in a single room?) went away but the problem was still there. They came back a second time and said they couldn't find anything wrong and said it wouldn't cost me anything since it was still the same problem. Meanwhile the room ... read more
Fast and courteous service This company has come to our rescue twice and both times left us completely happy with their work. I would recommend them to anyone.
Their customer service is beyond poor. They don't show up when they say they are coming, they don't return phone calls. We have had our unit 2 years (3rd summer) and EVERY year there have been issues with it. Supposedly a brand new unit, I'm starting to wonder what's inside it. We switched from swamp to AC this morning, it's been running for 6 hours straight and has not cooled the house below 83. I called them, and they have no one available to come and look at it until tomorrow. Very POOR service!!
lee collins blows hot air Bad,bad, bad. The owner doesnt return calls, makes blind promises, has zero attention to what his employees are doing. Incompetent to the core – I would rate them in the negative if the option was available. Absolute boobs when it comes to HVAC service. You'ld be much better off having the pizza delivery boy take a look at your problem than to call this outfit. 1) Non-responsive - over a week and three call backs with no resolution 2) Drive by troubleshooter - never stuck around long enough to see if anything they tried would hold...they didn't 3) BS artist - invented a problem that had nothing to do with the issue at hand 4) Incompetent - b... read more
