This company is horrible and disorganized. They never show up at the appointment time and they never return a phone call. When they no-showed on my scheduled appointment I called to find out where they were and they claimed they had already come out days before to fix it. They cannot name a date or time that the technician came out. They never left a receipt, and never notified me that they had completed the job. They STILL have not provided proof of repair after being asked several times by my home warranty company. D... read more

Our A/C unit quit pumping out cold air at midnight on a hot August night. Called a few repair places starting at 6am the next morning none of which was able to send out a repairman until the afternoon. Got ahold of Lee Collins at 6:30am and they said they could have someone there between 8-10am. Brian showed up right at 8am and had the problem diagnosed and repaired by 8:30. On 4th of July weekend, the owner himself made room in his schedule to repair our air conditioning unit. He was fast and efficient, as well as professional and friendly. We will definitely be using him for any future a/c needs!
Called on a SUNDAY morning to see if he could replace fan on AC system. He was very busy that morning but still managed to come within a couple of hours and fix it and didn't gouge on the price or charge for weekend. We've used him before and he's always done great job, very customer serviced focused. I highly, highly recommend Lee Collins AC repair.
