I recently bought a used vehicle here with the help of Michael Hurst, my salesman, and Jay Frederickson in finance. There was no pressure at all and Jay worked hard to get me the best interest rate possible. There were some hiccups on my end of the deal, but they worked very patiently to get me into my "new" vehicle.
