Lee & Birch customer service is amazing!! I found a dress on one occasion, and a jumper on another occasion. They were both too large. The sales girl immediately called the Grand Haven store and had them check for a smaller size. She had someone drive the dress down for me to the GR store so that I could wear it for an event the following day. The jumper also was shipped to me, next day, and unfortunately had a make up spot on it from being tried on (it was white). I called the manager who said they would cover the dry clean... read more
