In this crazy time. I needed a birthday present. Lee & Birch GH and Facebook Messenger made it happen. Sizes and picks were perfect !!! Picked up at GH store charged my credit card over phone . Whenever we stay at the beach in Grand Haven I always stop at Lee & Birch, great place to shop and very helpful staff, in fact this last visit my youngest son left a package in the store and the staff took the time to look up my info and email me that they had the package.
Stopped in here and it was a dangerous for me, for sure! The jewelry was INSANE, I loved almost EVERYTHING! It was hard to pick just a couple of things to buy. All the ladies were awesome and very nice and attentive. Being a business owner myself, customer service is one my major complaints shopping in another store, not here. Bravo 👏👏👏to your Gorgeous store and wonderful staff! Love it and look forward to visiting your other stores. I might even go to the one in GR today 😉
I had to make a mail exchange for an item I purchased at an out-of-state store. The process was quick and easy, and the person who helped me with the exchange was great to work with.
