I had a wonderful time at the rockford location. I needed to find a good gift for my girlfriend, something to tell her I was thinking about her and the staff walked me around the whole store. They answered all of my questions and spent a good deal of time helping me find the perfect gift. I really appreciate it and my girlfriend love the gift, thanks again!!!
My daughter and I visited the Rockford location yesterday around 4:30. We were the only customers in the store. The two ladies working never welcomed us or said hello even though they made eye contact with us several times. They were too busy having a very loud, personal conversation. We felt that vey unwelcome and will not return to this store during our regular shopping trips to Rockford!

You need more parking at your location off Wealthy. I tried pulling in the other day and there were only four cars in your "parking lot" which was then full. Decided not to bother with shopping there.
Quality, comfy and stylish clothes! Awesome accessories too. Staff is always so helpful!
