Extremely thoughtful staff members. I had taken in a watch that had been given to my daughter from her late grandmother, to have a battery put in. They cleaned the watch and didn't charge me for the watch battery. I realize that's not a lot financially but the thought meant a great deal.

Great if you want to shell out cash, if all you need is a watch battery or a stone tightened in a ring they don't want to bother with you. This is the third time I've been in the store and each time I was treated with a condescending attitude by shop girls who are just lucky to have jobs at all. When I do have a real jewelry purchase to make you can be sure it WON'T be from these pretentious, smug, one dimensional prunes whose tart faces sour ripe grapes.
This store has the best products and service that I could ask for! They are always so polite and helpful! Definitely recommend this store to anyone!
I just love this store. They have such a great selection of pandora charms and the only ones in the area! And they always give you their undivided attention when you come in the store! I couldn't ask for anything better!
Went in to purchase more beads for my Pandora bracelet. Shaye was my salesperson and she was wonderful! She was friendly and knowledgable about the products. I will definitely be a returning customer.
