Dr.lee Kelly is a wonderful doctor.He is a good listener and he explained so the patient can understand.
I had my first encounter with Dr. Kelley when he did my sweetie's surgery. It was my first time meeting him. He came out to introduce himself and update me on the surgery process and status. The explanation was clear and personable to where I felt comfortable with the surgery. So, when I had to have surgery and my doctor sent me to Peachtree Orthopedics and eventually to Dr. Kelley as my surgeon, I was at peace. My impression of him 6 months later didn't change. Now, I'm healed and happy.
I have been a long time patient of Dr. Kelley's. I could never say enough about the level of skill, concern, and compassion he demonstrates for patients. If my experience is any indication, they just don't make doctors like this anymore. Anyone would be lucky to know him and be treated by him.Honestly, I am speechless by the reviewers that have felt differently. He did my back and neck surgery and I’ve never felt better. He’s a wonderful surgeon,doctor and person. I’d recommend him to anyone. BH
Great surgeon! Works with you to ensure you understand what the issues are and determine best way to address. Always taking into account what is right for the patient. Did not have surgery immediately. We decided together what was best for the patient (Karen)

Dr. Kelley is an excellent surgeon. He performed a neck fusion on me in 2016. Surgery was successful and the scar is barely noticeable. I was mobile within a few days.
Great communicator! Really enjoyed how he simplified the diagnoses and the curing process.
I have been a patient and under the care of four different doctors at Peachtree Orthopedic practice for over 2 years. The professionalism and warmth of the physicans and the team makes this a five-star practice! Dr. Kelley is wonderful. He takes his time to explain. He is kind and has a wonderful bedside manner. His PA, Stephanie Posinelli is also very patient and kind. The entire team is professional and warm, making Dr. Kelley and Peachtree Orthopedic Clinic a five star practice!
As a new patient of Dr. Kelley, my first visit left an awesome impression. He is the 2nd surgeon I have seen regarding my injury and he made sure I understood the procedure and was very patient. He made me much more comfortable with the decision I made to move forward. The staff was great as well. Very professional and friendly from check in to check out.
