I took my wife's Lexus 470 in for an oil change on a Sunday morning, the techs were friendly and helpful. I'm very busy and have been neglecting the maintenance, they took the time show me the cabin filters and air filters both were way overdue to be replaced. I had him replace the wiper blades and flush out the power steering fluid because It had been making a slight noise. The SUV ran much better after the maintenance. I'm glad they were open Sunday morning and will l definitely be back.
I've been coming here for a few years now. Great service provided, both on the vehicles and in the waiting room.Will be back soon!
Alec helped me change my light cause said it was required to take my battery out .Class act!
I passed by here for a much needed oil change for my husband's car. Mike, the manager, was very helpful and greeted me with a smile. He pulled up my car to the garage and worked on the car immediately. Most of the time, whenever you go to these oil change places, they upsell you with other stuff and they seem insincere and pushy. This is my second time to get my car serviced here (plano location off Coit road). I have never been so impressed by an auto shop. They got my car in right away and finished an oil change and inspection in less than 20 minutes! They didn't try to sell me any services I didn't need . The manager, Trent, is super friendly and helpful. He actually met me at my car the moment I pulled up and had two guys working on it within seconds!
I came into the Samstone for a dying battery and state inspection yesterday. The manager came out to greet me after the initial tech came out, and invited me and my son to wait on the lobby. I said we'd run to the McDonalds next door for quick dinner, and he said no problem I'll come over to update you. I didn't think anything of it, but 5 or 10 minutes later the manager walked next door to McDonald's to let me know my battery needed to be replaced. Purchased a new Battery - and my alternator goes out . I call up Alec had my Truck up and running like a BoSS!! Quick response I would recommend This establishment to everyone for mechanical needs - Alec - and his Superb staff are the best . They did not have to drop me off at the house - but Blake did and picked me up when it was done - Again Excellent customer service and excellent Work .
