Randy and Alec, and the rest of the team, saved my engine from burning up this morning! Turns out that the oil filter gasket was bad, and the oil went everywhere - including all over the engine area!. There was no oil left in the engine. The team quickly jumped into action when I pulled in with a smoking vehicle. Within a short time, they had diagnosed the problem, fixed it, replaced all of the oil and even CLEANED out the engine area. I've taken my old Ford Ranger in to Sam Stone for years. It being an old P/U, it was getting into some real issues. They always gave me updates on what they found and options to keep costs down. I absolutely trust their technicians at their word. They have kept me and my old P/u with over 190K miles on the road. They keep making the truck run better and making it harder to let it go! Great job Sam Stone, I'll be bringing in my Caddy next.

Me, my dad, my roommate, my little brother and my my mom all use Samstone for any and all maintenance work and repairs we need for ours cars. This is a truly legit mechanic. Not shady at all. Recently got my F-150 transmission filter & fluid changed. Anthony was helpful and very honest, did not try to upsell me for things that I knew my truck didn't need. I'll definitely go back and bring my other cars for service.

I came in to get my bumper looked at/fixed and Alec and his staff had it fixed in 30 mins. Alec and his staff were very helpful and knew what they were doing. Unlike other places I have taken my car to they did not try and take advantage of me and charge me for unnecessary things. This was one of the best experiences I have had when it comes to getting my car fixed. I highly recommend going to Samstone
Terry and Alec worked and worked at it until they determined I had a bad alternator.They kept working on my car until they fixed it and all for no more than what I initially paid. They are honest and have great hours. I highly recommend them.
