Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Yes, it is very conveniently located Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Office practices for billing and scheduling are not clear. Recently changed cancellation policy to 2 business days and will charge you for the visit even if they call to confirm at 4:59 pm and leave a message. Be certain to get your appointment in writing along with a dated policy on cancelling/rescheduling. Also be certain to discuss thoroughly the office policy on payment plans and the amount of interest they will charge on balances. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic.
