Apartment was a dump. Kitchen tile was coming up and floor flooded every time it rained. Had ice on the inside of window in the winter. One of the living room windows fell out the first night we moved in. Mold and mildew was on the wall behind the washer and dryer. Cheap carpet shredded everytime we vacuumed.
