Ledger Systems has handled our Network and security for several years now. They are very responsive to any questions we may have including email, loading of application software and accounting issues. I have worked with Steve Kirby and Ledger Systems for over 20 years. We, the Hiller Aviation Museum, have used Counterpoint since we opened in 1998. Steve and his associates have been extremely responsive to our needs. We are a museum that is open 7 days a week and have had, on occasion, to call for help on weekends. Support has always been immediate. I have recommended Ledger Systems to other businesses in the area and will continue to do so.

Ledger Systems has proven to be a great disappointment for our business. Their technical support is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. As harsh as these words might sound, we have found them to be true over and over again. Our experience with Steve Kirby @ Ledger Systems has been especially difficult. His refusal to return emails, voicemails and requests for support is infuriating. He had one of our employees in tears due to his condescending and harsh manner.
