Our visits with Dr. Lederman have always resulted in good service, a happy child, and excellent dental health.
I felt judged because of the condition of my child's teeth. I'm a full time employee and mother of two, I do my best. I don't appreciate that my child was questioned about what she eats and drinks "more of" without asking me if it was ok to ask her and without asking me first as if I didn't know or would lie. I have great insurance and may honestly go somewhere else.

Never a problem with the people or services. Everyone is patient, understanding and cheerfully friendly with the kids. Dr. Lederman is always so open and personable - like talking with a friend.
As a parent of two of your patients ages 4 & 6, I found it very odd that no one spoke w me at all about my children's teeth. Each boy was called in and dismissed w a toy and a tooth brush kit. I had to ask from the waiting area if their teeth were ok where I was told by the dental technician that they had no cavities. It's offensive really that I wasn't called in to discuss my children's teeth at all.
No parent/dentist communication. They called my kids in, dismissed them and did not talk to me about their teeth at all. I had to ask from the waiting area if their teeth were ok, to be told by the tech they had no cavities.
Always a good experience at the office in every way.
My children started to Dr. Lederman since they were 2, they love going to the dentist because the great job that Dr. Lederman has done. Dr. Lederman is perfession, caring and good at what she is doing. We are lucky to find her for our childern at our first try.
