We love Ella and Dr Lederman. Ella is so great with my son. Dr Lederman is like the baby whisperer of teeth! As soon as she walked in, my daughter who was having a hard time calmed right down and stopped crying. Incredible!
A better range of toys in the waiting room would be nice. The books were obviously way out of date and worn out. The games looked impressive but didn't operate when my children tried them.
The girls at the front desk are always friendly and I enjoy chatting with them everytime I'm there!!

The answer I gave in number 2 was referring to "after the nurse saw liam'not after the doctor saw him.I felt like the initial nurse didn't really explain much or asked questions. Both my kids saw a different nurse and driving home they compared notes and liam felt like he "missed out". He didn't get a heart drawn on his hand and he didn't get a choice of flavor (not sure for what) This is not a complaint, just constructive criticism. Very happy overall :)

Perfect experience for a children's dentist. Dr. Lederman and her staff go above and beyond the call of duty to make children comfortable during their dental check ups. Our son actually looks forward to going to the dentist!
