Dr. Lecky has been my Optometrist since I was a child. Over the years, she has always been kind and extremely professional. My most recent visit with her was very informative; she took the time to explain & answer any questions I had. Front desk staff was also able to accommodate the specific appointment time I was hoping for. Thanks to all
Very informative and super friendly! I learned a lot about my eyes in a simple check-up, was explained every machine & its purpose, and got to see imaging of the inside of my eyes- very cool. Never had such a thorough in depth appointment. She is very knowledgeable! Front desk staff are friendly as well
Dr. Leckie herself is lovely to work with and seems very competent. But her staff RUINED my expensive frames, filing them down to try to make generic nose pads fit... without asking me first?! Even after I returned twice because the nose pads kept falling out, they didn't fess up. So I went to a shop in Lindsay that carries my brand, and learned that Leckie's staff had done so much damage that the proper parts won't fit either. Shocked and infuriated. I had a wonderful experience today the doctor was great and so was the lady that did my eye test and the woman that help me pick my glasses was so helpful . I didn’t feel rushed at all I was helped with all my needs. I am going recommending all my friends and family to this optometrist office. I will definitely be back for my sunglasses.Great designer glasses and also budget glasses I am highly oppressed friendly staff.
