I was really disappointed with my experience at Lebanon Vision Center. While the staff was polite, the pricing was extremely overpriced. I wasn’t given any options when it came to lenses—just told that my son had to get the most expensive ones. No breakdown, no alternatives, no explanation. Later, I spoke with another vision center and was informed that I absolutely should have been given pricing options for different types of lenses. That was incredibly frustrating to hear. Had to change eye doctors due to job and insurance change. It landed me here at this office and I couldn't be happier. Thorough eye exam. Answered all my concerns and was very knowledgeable about my issues. Also shared examples of products and how to get the best benefits from them. Then gave me a coupon to use for the product. Love this place.
