husband scheduled appointment and for a whole week they sent messahes confirming his appointment. The morning of THEY CANCELED! Said they would contact him to reschedule...still waiting. This is the real cost of being poor. smh
My daughter had dentures made at the place, they made them too big for her mouth and now they won’t fix them.. but they definitely charged her insurance and now she can’t have other dentures made since her insurance already paid for them. She refuses to even wear them they make her mouth look like she has horses teeth. I would not recommend this place. The staff was pleasant up until this issue. All they had to do was correct the problem. Sad!!
The staff is really great here, even my daughter likes to come to the dentist!

I made appointments months ago for me and my kids. They are one of two dentists in the area that take my insurance. I have been trying to reschedule one for 4 days. I have called and called and called. Left messages and left a message with the office manager. No response!! I'm going to go in to the office today to cancel all of them. What good are you if you can't pick up a phone or return messages.
