Nothing but terrible experiences here and I have been going to this provider nearly 16 years. Only one doctor on staff who is extremely difficult to see. Nurse practioners come and go with the wind and every visit is like reinventing the wheel. The most mismanaged doctor's office I have ever seen. I went to them because the VA is so mismanaged but I am going back, so that should tell you how bad they are.
Dr Gebhart is the best! Very compassionate and concerned about your needs. The nurse practitioners are awesome. Same day appts for emergencies. My most favorite thing about them is they take time and listen. My problem is his problem. So he gets it solved.
This is my second time at this office. The first time I waited almost 2 hours. This time I've been here since they unlocked their door at 9. It is now 10:30 and I haven't seen the doc. My appt was at 9:15. The wait time is ridiculous!
Dr. Gebhart is the best. Medical assistants have always been very nice, too. Front office staff needs to be replaced!!!!
Didn't see the doctor, but saw a Nurse Practitioner. She didn't thoroughly address my questions and eluded my concerns. The staff has also lost my records on several (~4-5x) occasions. TWICE IN ONE DAY, forcing me to have them faxed again from other offices. It made it very difficult for me to obtain the information I needed to send to my nursing school and I made several, very unnecessary trips to the office.
Dr Foster does have a nice, openly warm personality, but as a doctor he is very careless. He failed to notice a 97% cardio blockage, dismissed an EKG with "These tests are never accurate", later lied saying he made a referral to a cardiologist that day when none was made, and carelessly doubled a prescription that should never have been increased. He lists Xrays as "completed" that were never even done. I'd rather have a competent doctor than a charming one.
Dr. Gebhart is great but his staff sucks. They are incompetent at best.
This is the office and phone number of Gary P. Hayes, M.D. He has been in practice in the Lebanon area for the past 41 years. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Hayes is the kindest, friendliest, and personable physician you could ever hope to encounter. We all love Doc Hayes!!!!
Dr. Heyd is great. I don't know why anyone would ever have anything negative to say. I now see Dr. Debbie in the same practice. They know everyone and are personable. She has even went as far as to call and follow up to make sure I was following her orders for bed rest. She was very concerned. I never wait for more than a few minutes. They know my medical history and my family situation. Super nice and clean facility. Comprehensive, knowledgeable, and dedicated. You couldn't ask for a better group of doctors!
