Poor Service overall – The company is poor in service and office mgr has an poor service attitude. The garbage handlers throw the can and lids separately on the street or lawns, just anywhere it lands. Sometimes trash is laying in the street because they fail to dump trash in truck properly. Absolutely Horrible Service !!! – I hired this company when I moved to Lebanon city. In the two years I live there I had to call them 12 times to get my trash picked up. They only seem to come when it is convenient for them and not every week as they are paid to do. When I moved to Reading, PA I kept them as my trash company because they do not issue refunds and I was still paid up for a few more months.
