Absolutely terrible service. I have had them less than a year, and have had many weeks where they just didn't come. I call them and notify them each time, and am told that it will be taken care of the next day. Most of the time, it takes 2 days. This week, I was especially annoyed. They normally are scheduled to come on a Tuesday. Tuesday comes, no trash or recycling truck show up. Call Tuesday evening before they are closed, i'm told that driver is still driving for my route. Terrible booking and accounting area. City just changed over to them from other company, they never sent out first two invoices or missed payment notices then I found out from my Credit Monitoring service there was a new Collection account on my Credit report for just over $100 all I got from Collections was name of Company and would not even give me a phone number just said all we can do is collect money. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Since I moved into my house last July they have missed picking up my trash at least 5 times. The last three times I have called to report a missed pick up I asked to speak to a manager. Two times I was told the manager was "really busy with weight slips" and he would get back to me. LFD has provided great service (and thankfully moved pick-up to around 6am instead of 4am). However, I hope you guys know WM is providing a $20.00 per month waste and recycling p/u (2 yr deal I received in the mail) that would shave $21 off my $81.00 bill every 3 months. With the economy the way it is, I have to consider it (even though I'd rather stay with a local business).

some issues, but overall satisfied – LFD uses 2 seperate trucks in our area for trash and teh recycling. I like the fact that they actually pick up any garbage laying near the cans that may have blown out or fallen. I have never had any customer service issues with LFD. Everytime I call, I get a prompt answer and great advice/explanations for the services I've requested. Never had a problem – I have had Lebanon Farms Disposal for at least 15 years as my trash collector. We've never had a problem with them and I have seen the two separate trucks they use for garbage and then later recycles. As far as the customer service when I needed to call, they were always polite and helpful. I usually don't write comments but after seeing the negative things, I had to let people know how I felt.

Watch Them - They Do NOT Recycle! – Lebanon Farms Disposals throw EVERYTHING (garbage, recyclables, cardboard) into the SAME truck. I never noticed because they usually come around 4am Friday morning (and on a side note, almost always wake me up). Last week, my husband had to get up really early for work and noticed what the garbage collectors were doing. He said, "Hey, They Just Threw Everything into that one truck." Stay Far Away. – Customer serivce is a joke. Spoke to Lisa a few times, horrible attitude. Wouldn't answer my questions, acted like she didn't have the time for me. The trash collectors actually broke my trash can and damaged my mail box, probably from the way they throw things around. At one time I called to have a large item hauled away and they refused it.

Dumpster Rental – I ordered a 20 yard dumpster for Friday...I awoke to find it sitting in my driveway, i never heard them drop it off. Dumster was nicely painted and didn't look like a rust heap in the driveway. I called at 12:30pm to let them know they could pick it up, and they picked it up an hour later...and my wife didn't hear them picking it up. amazing. Will use this service again if needed. They were also $150 cheaper than the nearest competitor.
