Hard Workers. – My family has had Lebanon Farms Disposal for several months now, not only does my brother-in-law work there but my boyfriend as well. My brother-in-law is a loader, he's the one that "throws" the trash cans everwhere! Just because the truck that picks up your trash is bad at what they do, doesn't mean all the loaders are like that. No idea what customer service is about. – A previous reviewer said that they "Know what hard work is". I'm sure they do, they probably make it harder for themselves and everyone connected to them in any way. Customer service in nonexistant, the office staff is clueless and the truck workers are loud and seem to be fond of tossing cans around. I would give negative stars if I could.

These People Are Rude – This company drives through my quiet neighborhood in their noisy trucks at 4:00 AM on Friday mornings. Who in their right mind would do that? I have the pleasure of hearing them empty my neighbor's trash, throw the can around, backup with their noisy alarms beeping...isn't that still considered night time? Aren't their laws about disturbing the peace?

GREAT LOVE THEM – I think LFD is great. Some people think Waste Management is good okay. Well it is a locally owned business not an International business. It is run by a few brothers that really know what hard work is. They would do anything for anyone, I am sure if they have to do work for people who are a pain in the a** they are not going to be nice, which is with everyone. I would recomend LFD ahead of anyone else... They know what hard work is!!!!

horrible office staff – We never received an invoice from this company. Learned about a past due invoice from a collection agency. Tried to call and clear the invoice and was treated terrible. Would never deal with them again. What they need is new office staff with manners. I would give them a negative rating but that is not possible

Run Away From This Company!!! – I have only had this company for 6 weeks and half of those weeks I had to call becasue they never came to get my trash. Lisa in the office is not nice to speak to at all. The others are not bad. They act like they are trying to take care of the problem, but it usually takes yet another phone call to get something resolved. Horrible customer service – As people have mentioned already, the customer service for this company is horrendous. Polite questions are met with hostile attitude and I definitely agree that the woman (I think her name was Lisa) that answered the phone needs to at least attend a seminar on customer service and positive attitude or be replaced altogether.

good service – I found the office staff to be helpful, they even waived my delivery fee due to being so close. Yes, the office manager has an stand offish attitude, but customer service is not always easy. The woman at the front desk was more than friendly. I will recommend them to anyone.
