I move away for a while and came back to Dr. Peppes. He picked up where we left off. A great dentist that's thorough with his screenings and dental work. I have yet to be disappointed.
I have been going to Dr Peppes since about 1985 and would go to no one else if I can help it. He not only knows my history and personally recognizes me each visit, he listens to my concerns and thinks them through before responding with a plan or recommendation. I love Dara! She is gentle but thorough when she cleans my teeth. She is very encouraging of my efforts to keep my teeth and gums clean and always has a kind word for me. Dr. Peppes is the same-very kind and helpful and always helping me to learn what I can do to maintain my dental health.
After a weekend with terrible tooth pain and throbbing I called sue (the welcoming & vivacious front person for Peppes Dental) who right away assessed my situation and called me out an antibiotic and since they ddnt seem to hv anything immediately available and knowing waiting a day or two wasn't ideal she told me she'd see what she could do about working me in and get back to me. Was in for just a cleaning this week. Had a new hygienist, Beth, this time. She was fast, gentle, friendly but didn't talk a lot, and knew I needed the reinforcement of her praise for my new dental hygiene regimen. Can't believe this 'fraidy cat is saying this, but it was a pleasure to stop in.
After experiencing a dental emergency I was seen immediately and the service was, as usual, wonderful. I was worked in without delay and everyone at the office was great! My follow up visit was worked in also without delay. I appreciated all their help.
Had a cap fall off. Meeting a big client the next morning. Sue and Gina got me fixed up and out the door early. Great job.
