Visited the dentist this morning for the first time, and my first time to a dentist in 4 or 5 years. First impressions are of the office and they were great--lovely decoration and location. The people I met were super nice and friendly. The X-Rays were completely digital--which blew me away! I'm so used to the little pieces of film they put in your mouth, which always cut into my gums when they tell me to clamp down, and it's painful. Not here! I found this practice by random, & I'm overjoyed that I chose to try them out. Everyone there is super friendly. It started with my first phone call seeing up an appointment. The receptionist was extremely helpful & easy to talk to. She's even nicer in person! The two hygienists who worked on my teeth made me feel comfortable & even explained everything they were doing. I was in 5 minutes before my appointment and was in the chair at exactly the appointment time. I never had to wait on anyone and was out without a hassle.

Broke a tooth at lunch. Called my old dentist, she doesn't take my dental insurance anymore but they referred me to Dr. Thomas. Called her office and they got me right in. They were very professional and immediately reassured me that the tooth could be saved and that I would not need a root canal. Due some adolescent stupidity I am not a stranger to dental procedures.
