Great staff and great doctor! Very efficient and professional. I am a germaphobe and they were very through in their sterilization techniques. They were also very prompt and put the patients needs #1.
This was a routine exam, cleaning and polishing for me. As always, the staff is excellent, friendly, courteous, and does a great job. Dr. Thomas is able to quickly identify issues and make real life recommendations. Emily, the hygienist, is such a sweet, upbeat young woman. This is a very well run operation.
We've been using Dr. Thomas since she first started accepting patients in Lee's Summit. Even though it's now a 45 minute drive, we followed her practice to Leawood. We couldn't be more satisfied with our choice. Dr. Thomas is professional, extremely competent and very friendly. As a child growing up in the 50s, I had some very bad experiences with dentists. Everyone is very friendly and timely. The office is clean and organized. My family enjoys coming here.
Dr. Thomas and her staff, from the front receptionist to the rest of the staff, make you feel very welcome the minute you walk in the door! They let you know step-by-step what they will be doing before they proceed. Exceptional team!
