Dr. Thomas is the MOST understanding dentist when it comes to irrational fear of dental work. She always makes me feel comfortable when I express anxiety, never making me feel ridiculous like other dentists have. She does an excellent job and tries her best to make the atmosphere relaxing. Thank you Dr.Thomas!!!
Kind of felt rushed during my appt. and they told me they were booked heavy for the day. Kind of wish the polishing came after the cleaning. Taylar did a great job though.! The techs were all very friendly. Dr. Thomas came in but never said hello. Kind of wish there was a better chair side from her. Really like the clean office, and the gals at the front desk are really friendly too. Appreciate that there are reminders for appts. and never seem to wait very long.
Not many of us enjoy going to the dentist, but this office provides a very pleasant experience. It was nice to have a show on Netflix to watch to distract from the oral procedure and they were gracious in allowing my kids to wait in the lobby.
Great job in cleaning teeth by Taylor. Found out via xray that I needed a new crown. Will get it done in Feb. Concerned about the rising price of crowns-seems like it doubled since I last had one done. Thanks.
Best dentist in KC that I have found. Very happy with them and so are the people I have referred.
Love this place. They get me in quickly when I have an emergency and take good care of me when I have routine cleanings. They are super nice and even provide amazing specialized dental care to my special needs son.
I just moved back to Kansas City and was looking for a dentist in the OP/Leawood area that accepted my insurance. After looking over reviews for Kelly Thomas I decided to book an appointment. I was extremely satisfied with my entire visit from start to finish. Everyone I came in contact with at the office was welcoming and made the experience the best I have had at any dentist office. teeth cleaning was very good.. everyone very good and very pleasant.. I am 62 and this is the finest dentist that I have ever had.. recently (6 mos.ago) had new cap on tooth.. It fits so well I never feel or notice it ... I honestly cannot tell you which tooth it is on.....
