Dental assistant, Jenny, was a delight to work with.
This was my first time and from setting the appointment, the flexibility to get me in early, the front staff all the way through the hygenists to Dr. Thomas..it was a first class experience. Very personable and made me feel like I'd been coming there for years!

Being the first time calling (and an emergency), this first call to the receptionist, then meeting dental tech and finally Doctor Kelly. it was the best experience that I have had in a dental office. In fact, I picked up some business cards to pass on to my friends.
Kelly worked hard to resolve my issue.
Dr. Thomas and her staff are absolutely amazing! I think I've been going there for the last 10 years. And the last two I've been living in Maryland. I find time on my trips home just so I can keep going to Leawood Cosmetic. For being someone who used to have anxiety going to see the dentist, I actually don't mind going to see Dr. Thomas. From the second you walk in, the staff is warm and welcoming. They are also extremely professional and highly skilled.
The staff at Leawood Cosmetic and Family wonderful. The explain every step of the cleaning and checkup. The wait time is short and check out is simple.
All of the people are warm, friendly and highly skilled. I can't say enough good things about them.
Dr. Thomas continues to amaze me. I have gone to her for a year and each time I am treated with professionalism , friendliness and excellent care. I always disliked going to the dentist but as funny as it may sound....I don't mind going to Dr. Thomas because I know she and her staff will do everything possible to make the visit comfortable. Thank you!
