The person running the place was great and extremely helpful. The room was great. It was very close to the center of town. We walked everywhere.
To start the manager needs to learn some manners! She also needs to learn that my life matters, my sister's life matters, and so do her 3 babies. Not everything in life is simple and things happen out of your control (Like road closers). I will make sure that all my friends and family know how unprofessional this business is to our first responders!
I came here for my wedding and stayed in the Grand Suite for three nights..it completely spoiled us!! It was perfect in every way. I will seek to stay here every trip to Leavenworth going forward.. the only bad side is that this place raised the bar on any other hotel stays in the future and we will likely forever be disappointed when comparing rooms to this miraculous suite and inn!! In fairness, others who stayed here did comment on its noiseness but my husband and I did not notice a problem.
RecommendedEverything was great. I enjoyed staying here the only thing I didn't like was the second night people checked in above us and they were walking like an elephant all night so my 7 months old baby kept waking up all night.
My husband and I came to leavenworth for our anniversary. We Stayed here for 1 night. we got the King suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. very spacious and clean. the floors were slippery so be careful. we really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing that stood out as a negative was the wine glasses seemed as tho they were just wiped out and not properly cleaned.
